The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies and data voluntarily provided by the website user via the contact form.

The data provided via the contact form (name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number and other data provided voluntarily) are used only for the purpose of replying to the message sent and are not transferred, sold or made available to third parties and institutions.

These data are processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract).

Unless the law provides otherwise, the Administrator processes the personal data provided for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was provided to him, i.e. responding to the sent inquiry and possible performance of the contract.

The user has the right to access their personal data, the right to rectify them, the right to request their removal, the right to request processing restrictions, the right to object to their processing

The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if his data is processed contrary to the provisions of the GDPR.

Providing personal data by the User is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data was provided.

The data controller does not make automated decision-making, including based on profiling.

The content of the inquiry, which is sent via the contact form, is not evaluated by the IT system. The proposed price and scope of services is not the result of an assessment made by any IT system.
